Hoi allemaal,
We hebben een hele tijd niet geschreven op deze blog.
Het is meer dan tijd om een update te geven.
Tijdens onze trip in Japan kwamen we erachter dat we ook extra tijd in Australië konden inlassen, daarom hebben we onze reis aangepast en Japan ingekort.
We zijn op 3 oktober naar Australië gevlogen en zijn daarna richtig Ballarat en onze vrienden Sue en Garreth gegaan.
Na ruim een week hadden we onze rode Holden Commodore Wagon klaar voor actie en zijn we op weg gegaan naar Uluru. voor foto’s zie onze link van Polarsteps. Via Coober Petey waar we van alles konden zien over Opalen en hoe ze konden worden gevonden zijn we doorgereden naar Uluru.
Na Uluru zijn we weer naar het zuiden gereden en na een paar dagen uitgekomen in Hamilton waar we Narelle en haar familie hebben opgezocht. Inge heeft met Narelle 17 jaar geleden gestudeerd in Melbourne.
In de regio is genoeg te zien en Narelle en Josh hebben op de boerderij van haar ouders schapen waar we zijn wezen kijken hoe dat nu allemaal werkt :-).
Ons plan is om morgen naar de Grampians te gaan en daar lekker een weekje te blijven op de gratis kampeerplekken.
